What an excellent company to work with. Manager came out and discussed all price options and the good and bad points with each. No pressure on making a sale or encouraging us to use their company. Accepted quotes from 2 other company’s and Thaw was “thousands” cheaper for the same model that we chose. Air conditioning was fitted within three days by the loveliest boys ever. Really took pride in their work and help us to decide the position of each unit to suit the aesthetics of the house. When they had finished you would not have know they had been. Everything clean and tidy. So impressed !!!

We have very good service from Thaw Ltd. The installation of the air conditioner unit was fitted very quickly, we had to wait for a few days for a couple of extra bits... but they were fitted no problem.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Thaw Ltd.

Two lads from Thaw AC came round to my home to fix a botched job by another company.
They were polite and friendly and did not charge me a fortune as I am well aware AC servicing can be very pricey.
