THCP has recently come to Ilminster.

THCP has recently come to Ilminster on Wednesdays. I booked for a review with audiologist Michelle Tedder in Oct 21 aware of deterioration in my hearing. She took me through the tests with professionalism and she explained what she was doing and why every step of the way. All this made it easy to follow her recommendations and I was able to order hearing aids with confidence. At a subsequent visit the new aids were fitted with great care and plenty of guidance was provided. I now look forward to my first review with Michelle, whose on-going care, expertise and gracious manner are exceptional.

HI ....i am a 76 yearold guy and…

HI ....i am a 76 yearold guy and pretty hard at hearing , perhaps not the easiest type of customers to deal with . From the outset Michelle Tippen made you feel at ease but at the same time retained her professionalism whilst finding out the extent of your deafness and the domonstrating of the aids that you would require . Michelle deserves her 5 star rating . Regards David Cannings ..
