Excellent customer service with Mark Connell at Kingsley road,Northampton. I visited knowing I had hearing difficulties in one ear, I’ve had many hearing tests but this was the best by far lots of different background noise and speech tests. I was made to feel welcome and Mark gave me options to think about, no pressure. I returned a few weeks later deciding a hearing aid for active 49yr old would be a massive benefit to me, fed up missing conversations in social settings and people to repeat things. Now 6 weeks on my hearing aid is so light and small I don’t know it’s there and it’s definitely made a big difference. Huge thanks to Mark with his expert knowledge and reassurance with support and after care it’s well worth the money, I’ll be recommending you to anyone who’ll will listen! Thank you ☺️
