Went for a hearing check and wax removal, Alex was very helpful and advised me of the results at each step. Opted for the water irrigation wax removal which was carried out comfortably. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful audiologist, Alex Andrews…
My husband made a visit to Alex Andrews and his experience has been outstanding. Alex was very professional, friendly and courteous and put my husband feel at ease from the moment he entered the room. The hearing test was explained thoroughly and Alex discovered ear wax & gave my husband instructions on what to buy to soften the was which he then removed on the following visit. The hearing aids are very good and my husband is thrilled with them. He has had a few two-weekly follow up appointments, to gradually adjust the hearing aids, and explain all the features and these have been equally as good. We would not hesitate in recommending The Hearing Care Partnership and in particular Alex Andrews.

We invested in top of the range hearing aids for my husband as he was struggling with his NHS ones. The 12 month interest free credit offered by The Hearing Care Partnership helped make that choice possible. The after care service provided by Alex has been superb. My husband is disabled and everything has been tailored to his individual needs including a home visit ,provision of additional supplies when needed, immediate response to emails and as many follow up appointments as we have requested, always within a few days. We are very pleased that we chose this company to provide his hearing aids.

Nothing was too much trouble…
Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful audiologist. He was so patient and kind. Getting hearing aids was a new and potentially stressful experience - but Alex made the whole experience so straight forward and positive. I can't praise him highly enough!

Breath of fresh air
Following a trail of disappointments with Boots Hearing I decided to try The Hearing Care Partnership. I booked an appointment with Alex and he was such a breath of fresh air. He gave me a thorough hearing test and we decided on a trial of Oticon hearing aids which I have since purchased. I found Alex very professional, he listened to my concerns and couldn’t have been more helpful. He is someone I will definitely trust with my hearing ! I’m also very impressed with The Hearing Care Partnership - so glad I found them !
