I’m so delighted with my new hearing aids, (after using NHS for more than 20 years). Georgia was such a breath of fresh air, giving accurate assessment, support and recommending Oticon. The aides are nothing less than BRILLIANT!

Georgia was professional, helpful and explained every step of my hearing test and examination. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and said to contact her should I need anything further. Cannot recommend her enough!

I have visited the Hearing Care Partnership 3 times in the last few weeks. My first visit was a nervous one as I suspected that I would leave that day having to acknowledge that I had hearing problems, and may leave with the news that I would need hearing aids.
Georgia has expertly and sensitively walked me through the tests, the fitting of the hearing aids, and a very useful follow up yesterday. I now only see the benefits of being able to hear again and am forgetting most of the time that I am wearing hearing aids which are so discrete my family didn't realise at first they had been fitted. Thank you Georgia for all your help on this journey.

A thoroughly professional and detailed examination. The specialist was happy to answer my many questions and all the tests were fully explained. I was passed with a clean bill.of health with no attempt to upsell any aids or treatments. The icing on the cake was discovering it was free! Recomended

She was extremely professional throughout and spent a considerable time removing the wax from my very narrow ear channels. I can recommend her for ear wax removal should you need it. More expensive than others in the area but for me the location was ideal. 5☆.

I had a hearing test with Georgia Woodcock at Davis Opticians in Thrapston. Georgia was lovely, she explained everything that would be happening during the examination and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I gained some really insightful information about tinnitus and hearing in general. I was also sent a link to the British Tinnitus organisation.
My ears and hearing were throughly checked and if it had been necessary I could have had wax removal. At no time did I feel I was going to be talked into having hearing aids if they weren’t needed and in fact Georgia said although they may help slightly with the tinnitus she wouldn’t recommend them just now. She advised to have another check in a year unless I have any new problems. All of this was FREE!

I was greeted to a lovely lady who guided me upstairs, made me feel welcome before I saw Georgina Woodcock. Georgina was the most genuine, friendly professional person I’ve seen in regards to my hearing, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She did a thorough assessment (more than I remember having combined since I was 5) and she then went through all the options which would help and support me daily. We discussed finance options and she also noted so I could discuss with my fiancée before making a decision. All in all I won’t be going anywhere else for my hearing- thank you so much for all your help! See you Thursday!

I saw Georgia Woodcock in Thrapston. I made an appointment as I had no hearing in my right ear for nearly a month due to ear wax buildup. I was sat down and she explained the procedure for ear wax removal. She was very professional and friendly. She used the micro suction technique to start off with but because my ear canal curves slightly she had to finish the job with the irrigation technique. I am so grateful to Georgia for helping me to get my hearing back!

Iram quickly got to grips with the issues I was having with my hearing aids and made several improvements really quickly. A follow-up call has identified some more areas for improvement, which I am confident will be address just as quickly and effectively.
