I had been suffering from acute loss of hearing

I had been suffering from acute loss of hearing and could not get an appointment with the NHS so I turned to AJ opticians where Claire runs her audiology department . After her initial assessment she found my ears had ear wax .She used micro suction on both ears and the difference was incredible. I could hear normally for the first time in two years . I cannot thank Claire enough for her professional attitude towards me .
