I received a letter from my optician…

I received a letter from my optician advising me that hearing tests were to be available at their premises so I booked an appointment to see Shanice Myers. I had an enlightening chat with Shanice the audiologist and after an examination of my ears and a test of my hearing ability decided to take it forward and try the hearing aids. The improvement in my hearing has been quite remarkable and all the questions I had were answered. Shanice explained the care of the product and the services that are provided after purchase which are excellent.
