Extremely poor customer service. I have had issues with the product and they refuse to provide a solution - they continue to send me back to the instructions and ask me to explain the issue again and again…

My order was in progress for over 12hours and I contact the-owlet agent, I told him what happened, he helped me to resolved it less than 24hours

Most of their services are actually reliable. They will always refund you if you did not get a delivery for an order placed. They also have swift customer retention policies via their agents who would even recommend safer orders and services to ensure prompt delivery.

This is a scam company they will take money from you and won't do anything don't waste your time and money banking with this company they are scammers

Owlet is really great for people like me who's neither a celebrity or some rich guy. Getting followers and likes can be a bit slow and time consuming but this platform works just fine for me..

You buy followers and they don’t deliver for a week, when they do, it drops back within 48 hours. I asked support why, they said I should buy premium non drop, it’s been 10 days now and not a single follower has been received.

Avoid this site at all costs! They do not deliver what you pay for. I placed multiple orders for Facebook likes in the US, UK, and Europe, and not a single one was fulfilled. When I contacted support, all they said was to ‘be patient’ and that manual cancellations were not possible. How can a site claim they can’t manually cancel an order? What kind of business runs without control over its own system? It’s been over a month, and despite my repeated emails and Telegram messages, they’ve done absolutely nothing. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

This is a scam company, they don't issue refunds meaning any funds you have their is theirs, they also have so many bots on their follow request, you can buy 5000 and before 1 week everything will drop to 0. Support will tell you to buy their premium stable followers which doesn't make sense.

If you love your money, and love your time, avoid this scam company by all means
