The Pod-store 

We bought three pairs which all stopped working within two months. I have contacted the company but they have ignored my emails. Now trying to get my money refunded via PayPal. Avoid- you will be ripped off!

The pods I received turned on for 30 seconds and then turned off. I contacted the seller who gave me the address to return them to which I did, recorded delivery as instructed. This cost an extra £4.50. These were signed for on the 27th April and after numerous emails from me with no reply I am still waiting for a refund. I seriously would not buy from this company. Looking on the website it looks as though they are going to start up again!!

After a long delay in delivery (presumably as they came from China which wasn't on the website) I received the pods. Have to say they looked good in the box, but as soon as you take them out and use them, you realise you get what you pay for!. After 6 weeks of intermittent problems (only one pod pairing at a time, both pods pairing then disconnecting, charge only lasting 30 mins etc) one of the pods decided enough is enough and stopped working. It would pair with my phone and then instantly disconnect! I tried to contact The Pod Store several time and no response. Eventually had to raise a case with PayPal to get my money back (once I had sent the faulty pods back at my cost).

Really disappointed with these. Website looked great but just been a lot of hassle from beginning to end. Still waiting on my money being refunded!

Absolute rubbish returned faulty ear pods 2 weeks ago at my cost of £4.50 registered post.
After 3 emails with no acknowledgment I am still awaiting a refund which looks like I will not be receiving.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought 3 pairs and NONE worked properly.

SCAM, as had to return at OUR cost for a Refund.

I bought 2 pairs of PODS neither worked - after a number of emails asking for information to return I eventually got an address - I have sent them back - at my cost I might add - I made sure they tracked and yes had a signature of them accepting the parcel but no refund no answer to many emails
Keep well away from such a shabby product and even worse customer service

Absolute rubbish! These pods took over 2 weeks to arrive from China, not what I was expecting from the advert. The quality is very poor, getting them both to pair is impossible, only one works at a time. A full charge lasted under half an hour. Sound quality isn’t good, pretty sure these won’t have been tested so would be interested if they are actually causing damage to your hearing. Contacted them to return, had to send them to a residential address (311 Baldwins Lane Croxley Green Herts WD33LA). I did receive a refund for the purchase price, but not for returning the faulty product (which cost £6.70), which they should have refunded as well.
AVOID THIS SELLER AND THEIR INFERIOR PRODUCTS.

Slow delivery, was lead to believe they were Uk stock.... not the case, shipped from China. I paid extra for premium delivery.... expecting them to take around a week max. Getting a little concerned I messaged the online store asking for an approx delivery date, no reply. Week later I attempted contact again to find the online store was now closed and would be ‘opening soon’, annoyed is not the word!! Four weeks later and they’ve just arrived, took them out of the box and they paired, fantastic start. Couple of mins later Low battery, kind of expected as I’d dived straight in. Popped them in the case to charge, no lights... should be displaying red or blue lights on case.
After much fiddling I managed to get the lights to flash sporadically. Left them on for what is now two hours.... and unsurprisingly they’re not charged.
I’ve messaged them through Facebook several times over the last couple of weeks and have had no communication in return.
I cannot stress enough, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are TWS i12 that they’re supplying, You can get them on eBay much cheaper with faster shipping and likely better customer service. I have no doubt that the i12 are great set of pods as there are great reviews out there, and I’d buy them again but definitely not from the pod store.

Do not bother, the pods don’t arrive I had to get a refund from the bank as a chargeback!
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY

Ordered two weeks ago, and the tracking number still states they are in China. They ignore emails. Have now reported to them to PayPal.

Took ages to be delivered. Only one ear pod works. Emailed but no response as of yet. Don't use!

Do not go near these - took weeks to arrive and only one work and they don’t reply to emails and I had to get resolution from PayPal and even then I’ve now got to return them via recorded at great cost to me so I’m out of pocket!

Please avoid this company.....ordered 5 weeks ago, nothing received....today supplied tracking info which states the pods are still in China. Company do not respond to emails so please don’t waste your money and go elsewhere......

Do not buy these pods as the quality is appalling.
Once you realise this and want to return them then they will only accept the expensive tracked method of return and do not reimburse the postage costs which is against the UK's consumer act 2015
In fairness they do issue a refund quickly enough.
