One first order that arrived after a few days ; well delivered in good condition!
The product itself , the FORA 6 CONNECT is a great tester with Bluetooth connection to your phone , and is easy to use.
Just remember that you cannot link the tester to your phone before having at least one result / test made on the tester.
Another thing to improve is the receiving of the tracking number to follow the delivery and parcel.
I had to request it via email , as nothing was sent to me via email , as it said it would !
Quick response from the tester Staff, that gave me the info requested.
I just made another order for extra test strips , 2 days ago, and I already requested the tracking number again, as the order shows completed in my order list online on the website, but still no link/confirmation received for the tracking ! This is something to really improve ; otherwise prices are good; overall happy so far!

Extremely Disappointed – These Strips Don’t Work at All
I bought these keto test strips because they were supposed to be compatible with my device — the same brand name . Despite following all the instructions carefully, the strips didn’t work.
I wasted both time and money on this product. It’s unacceptable that something marketed as compatible would completely fail to function. I strongly advise others not to buy these strips. Either the quality control is terrible or they’re simply not genuine.
Very disappointed — I’ll be switching to another brand immediately.

I asked where the Tester was and got an immediate response with tracking details of parcel. Fast delivery after query email.
This is a great gadget. I was a bit unsure how to use it, where to put the drop of blood on the test strip etc, I prefer to see how someone does something instead of reading tiny font instructions. Well there are videos online showing how to use it and what the error messages are. That's pretty smart and in a few minutes if you look at the video you'll have the knack of using it.
So big thumbs up from me. Cholesterol test is accurate & comparable to Doctors results week before.

I ordered a blood type self-test from…
I ordered a blood type self-test from The Tester and never received the package.
The tracking number shows that the shipment was returned to sender without ever being delivered to me.
I contacted the store multiple times, but they ignored my refund request and instead told me I could get a new shipment only if I left a 5-star review on Trustpilot — before even receiving the product. That’s manipulative and dishonest.
I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my bank.
Avoid this store — poor customer service, no delivery, and unprofessional behavior.
