The site says the item is in stock but it's NOT

The site says the item is in stock, to arrive in 5 business days.
After contacting customer service I was told they do not have the item and was told to wait another 2 weeks to arrive and they would ship it. Order was placed on March 18. No shipping updates after 2 weeks. Probably coming from China. This is unacceptable and bad purchase experience. Not recommended if you need something in less than a month.

Hello Fabio, your vintage base for eames chair ordered 18th march and delivrered on 7 april, the website mentioned 15 days (european provencance). Nothing wrong. the website mentioned articles in stock=5 days of delivery that's right but this product was not in stock and mentionned 2 weeks. Next time maybe order from Amazon

The garment arrived in a damaged box

The garment arrived in a damaged box, the item had minor scratches and were not 100% ok!
After sending them several Emails, no reply or compensation from them. Now they even tell me they have not received my emails…
Very strange, since I sent them to their customer department..

lovely service

I ordered the TGV Lamp - it took a while to arrive.. but did arrive well packed and I am delighted with it! I had a few questions about my order and was very kindly assisted via emails, to my satisfaction.

Don't Waste Your Time. Unreliable.

I placed an order with the company 2 months ago. I immediately received an invoice, along with a notice that they were going to close for an unusual 6 week vacation.
As their 6 week vacation came to a close, I wrote numerous times, asking for the status of my order. Nothing. Not the courtesy of a response. I lost an opportunity to purchase the item elsewhere, because I was waiting for a response that never came. In the meantime, over the long holiday, I have been bombarded with their marketing emails.
No way to do business!
