Website is very clear and easy to navigate- small business which sells the kind of gear I love- I live too far away to pop into the shop which is a shame but every time im shopping (which is a lot) I will be on their website, I was after a classic cool label and thought I might struggle to find it but these guys sorted me out and and within a few days an immaculate delivery was made- not all their lines are my taste but Aquascutum and pretty green plus peaceful hooligan are

I ordered a pair of Lois jeans which arrived quickly, but they were a bit too big. I spoke with Andy at the store and he couldn’t have been more helpful. As it was my first order, he arranged to send out the smaller size straight away without making me go through the usual refund and reordering process. I sent the original pair back on Saturday, they arrived Monday morning, and I received the replacement today (Wednesday). Fantastic turnaround and brilliant service. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

I have purchased a few items recently and spent a £125 on a new jacket I diverted the delivery to Sainsbury’s in Bitterne to pick up on the Saturday when I went to collect they said the item was not there I have sent numerous emails and tried contacting them on instagram and have not received one reply I do not have the jacket and I’m £125 out of pocket I put a complaint in with Klarna but they say 157 have refused it they still have not contacted me I will now be be taking this further until I get a resolution
