I ordered my son Slayer Lamp on 9/2/25. The phone number is disconnected Ive kaid for and have not received rhe lampnthe email address they send is not recognized and no way to contact to resolve they just blocked my email. This company is a SCAM I RATE THEM AS A ZERO THEY ARE FRAUDULENT UNAVAILABLE AND SCAMMER

They advertise a stained glass cat lamp, they SENT A CHEAP PLASTIC SPRAY PAINTED IMATATION,
REFUSE TO RETURN OR REFUND UNLESS I SEND TO CHINA AND PAY FOR SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS, THIS EXCEEDS THE VALUE OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT....
BAIT AND SWITCH LAMP COMPANY!
NO MORE CHINESE CRAP!

My order never showed up. Wish I had read these reviews first. They stole my money and won't reply to any emails, and of course there's no phone number to reach them.

if I could leave zero stars I would. Worst customer experience of my life! Ordered a lamp and cancel the order within five minutes of having placed it. When they finally got back to me they told me the item had already shipped and it was too late. A week later I got the shipping notification. I refuse the item and it was sent back. I received notification that they had received it and then the drama began! All of this over a $38 lamp that they got back. Their customer service agents are completely lacking in skills. They don't read the emails. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The item was presented as a "lamp" but is more of a small cut out with a thin piece of glass on the front so it's not useful. I emailed them for a refund and called after I didn't hear back. I spoke with a customer service rep who agreed it was not as advertised and that she would follow up with further instructions for the return. I received an email with the following options: 1) refund of 20% of cost and keep item 2) 50% gift card to use on future purchases of another of the same low quality item that I already don't want 3) return the item to an address in China (at my expense) when according to their website, they are based and ship from a warehouse in the US. I didn't appreciate it I dispute through PayPal.

To their credit, I was able to communicate via PayPal messenger. After going back and forth, they offered to refund 50% of the cost of the item (14.95. I paid 38 total) and keep the useless item. I accepted their offer because it wasn't worth my time to keep going back and forth.

It is my hope that the seller is not being intentionally fraudulent. However, their representation of this product is very misleading. I would suggest they consider calling the item something besides a lamp.

Order received was nothing like advertised, avoid.
