Did not know this company existed but found a link and decided to have a look.Great website,and superb service,very,very fast despatch,actually less than 24 hours,amazing servive,would definitely recommend them.

My last order came by their Cyprus Post,(I believe it's called), and the parcel came real fast. Although I thought the box was a little weak it was well packed internally so no damage was transferred to the purchased items.
It has been my experience that if something did get damaged or arrived miscast or otherwise not correct this company will refund, replace, or somehow make it right.
That is why I will purchase Neomega, NorthStar, and a couple of other Manufacturers only thru 48ers.com, as you sometimes get a lack of support if you have a problem when purchasing thru those Companies directly

It was very slow but of course I am communicating with an international shipper in the age of COVID-19. I’m very pleased with the product which came shipped expertly. All of the items I ordered were expertly packed. I appreciate doing business with the 48ers!

I got exactly what I ordered, promptly.

Ordered a masking set for my Meng 1/48 F-35 and it came pretty quickly, 8 days I think. Pricewise it’s on par with other shops.

I placed an " pre-order" purchase for a 1/48 B-1B Lancer flaps and slates package. The order went smooth, just waiting to state,when item will be shipped. You have great products and forum. It is a pre-order , but site stated,
able to obtain a few more items. That would lead me to believe, the items are on hand. Just wait and see when they arrive. Glad this was released, waiting for years for someone to offer a flap kit to display the "Bone", "dirty".

Great deal, but the box arrived damaged. It looks as if someone had deliberately stepped on it. This usually happens when "FRAGILE" labels are put on the box. Someone in the delivery chain feels an obligation to beat the crap out of the package, I guess. I was not very optimistic that the contents survived, but luckily, there were no broken parts, just a few canopies that had broken off from the sprue. I don't blame the 48ers, since once the package leaves their facility, it is out of their control. Too bad, since I wanted to frame the box art from the kit, as it is quite nice. It is too crumpled up to be of any value now. I still plan on buying from them in the future.

The service I received was brilliant, easy ordering and the mask kit arrived quickly. The kit itself was accurately cut, comprehensive and the fit was good. The only issue I had was that the masks were not as sticky and easy to conform as other brands. I struggled with the material used and found the mask lifting in places, particularly wheels.

Only bought from them once but I got what I wanted when they promised it.
