At extremely short notice, Ryan took on the task of selling my Brothers extensive collection of Guitars and equipment after his sudden passing in April 2025. No mean feat as ther was over 20+ items including 18 High End Guitars. Guitars ranged from Bass to Electric and semi Acoustic and from Hofner to Gibson Les Pauls. Ryan gave me an honest price and kept me informed along the journey. After returning to Australia Ryan kept up his marketing for us and eventually sold all I had entrusted to him. What a gem of a spot! Tucked away in the basement in St Albans, this place boasts an impressive collection of beautiful guitars. Ryan makes the experience fantastic, and trading in my guitar was a breeze with fair pricing. Left very satisfied and will definitely return. Great service from the purchase so I cannot complain one bit about that hence the reason for the 5 stars,the huge problem I have is with parcel force.who emailed me to say they’d left it in my safe place which I hadn’t even stated,it said it was in my enclosed porch which I don’t even have,only to come home from work and find it leant up against the wheelie bin in the rain

Absolutely delighted with my new guitar. Ordered online on Saturday evening. It was dispatched first thing on Monday morning and arrived promptly the next day. Been playing every day since!

Really good communication, easy to set up an appointment and Ryan was very flexible with timings. Loads of great stock and a nice atmosphere to try our lots of guitars. Great buying experience.

Bought a second hand pedal online, received a thank you for your purchase e mail, later that day receive another e mail saying we have to cancel your order as someone else purchased it. So the money left my account on the Saturday, didn't go back in until Tuesday, and someone else has the pedal I "bought".

Not worth the energy complaining until an e mail comes in after all of this asking "How did we do?'
