I'm disappointed

I'm disappointed.
I've reached the Phase 1 10% goal.
I was still wondering why I don't get a notification. According to support, over $700 has been cancelled due to news trading.
News trading during the challenge?
Wow, it should be clear in the dashboard that it is not allowed.
It's also confusing that my account still shows over 10% and not the goal I still need now.
I'm disappointed that with the news trading is not displayed in the account purchase, in many others it is displayed. It was really difficult to find this rule on the site at all.
Well I'm going to finish the account and as soon as I have a funded, I'm curious how the payout is.
Maybe I will be positively surprised if the withdrawal process works quickly and smoothly, I will report again.

My experience with 5%ers has been extremely disappointing. Their platform is full of technical issues that directly affect trading. Problems occur frequently, and even after providing complete proof with screenshots and other evidence, their support team takes 3 to 4 days to resolve issues.

The most serious problem is that sometimes, after placing a trade, the position doesn't even appear on the platform. If a trader cannot see an open trade, how are they supposed to manage or close it? Meanwhile, the account continues taking losses and can even get blown because of a platform issue that is completely out of the trader's control.

For a proprietary trading firm, platform stability and fast support are essential. Unfortunately, both are lacking here. Frequent technical glitches, slow customer service, and delayed resolutions make trading unnecessarily stressful.

I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

their system is not automated at all and the 4000 euros profit i generated can not be transferred and instead they gave me a 10 euro discount for future purchases. can not recommend this prop firm.

Amazing Prop Firm

I have been trading with the 5ers on and off for more than 2 years now and the experience has been great so far. Support is quick and helpful. I also like that they provide vast amount of trafing education through live sessions and other materials.

I would definitely recommend them.

Fake "Customer Support"

I posted 3 suggestions that were mandatory for easy execution of trades on their terminal, on "Suggestions" group on their discord channel but they even don't bother to reply to improvement requests . No improvement on their trading environment, no clean and fast trade execution environment...2 decades old style website and trading terminals....no customer oriented services...running on bots style chats support...no proper responses on discord channel or website chat support...and even their help mail bounces saying it doesn't exist...but amazingly they are sitting here to receive payments for new challenge fee...and then vanishes...absolutely incredible and scammer.
