I couldn’t be happier with my experience with AA Car Insurance. From the moment I took out my policy, everything was straightforward, professional and hassle-free. The customer service has been excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who genuinely take the time to listen and resolve any questions or concerns.

Paying for someone to talk to the insurance company waste of time
I had my car insured for 2 yrs. All good yr 1
2nd year there fav saying its in the terms and conditions. Its not the staff 99% are good its the company.
Change of address over 90€ it was to a more rural area insurance should have dropped they stole the difference.
Adding a driver for 1 day insurance company wanted nothing 35€ wasted on these
Request of info 10 working days is the permitted time allowed I ring on the 9th day I checkin with insuramce company to discover it was never requested. 10 days dropped to 4 minutes wilhen it came to the crunch.
IF u want car insurance avoid this broker go direct its cheaper and easier no middle man.

Worth every penny
Worth every penny. I broke down in Dublin city centre and someone was out in 90 mins. Sounds like a long time but this was rush hour. Fixed the car no problem and he escorted me home in case there were any problems on the way. Absolutely super.

PATRICK KELLY is your AA roadside assistence employee who you are EXTREMELY FORTUNATE to have on your team! He was professional, patient, kind -- with amazing attention to my safety in following me to my destination where my Enterprise rental car could be switched out for a different car. By the time this emergency service call was finished, it was long past the end of his work day, yet he remained, with additional work ahead as well as a long drive to his home location. He is to be highly VALUED!

Wanted to give a shout out to the AA…
Wanted to give a shout out to the AA breakdown rescue service. I think the man's name was Eoin, (apologies if I got that wrong) He was super friendly and had me back on the road in minutes. Wouldn't go beyond them for break down service. 5*****. (Break down in Ballincollig on 24th Aug.) AA is very lucky to have an employees like this.

Horrendous
I was with AA for my car insurance for a year and the experience was nothing short of horrendous. From the first month I had to call to make my payments and they continuously brushed off that the fault was on their behalf. This resulted in me calling them every month at least three times to sort out my insurance.
Now, since June I am no longer a customer however they have continued to take money out of my account despite me calling five separate times to try to resolve the issue and get my money back.
They are awful to deal with and haven’t got a clue. I would never recommend them to anyone. So disappointed with the treatment that I received.

Power team duo Dean & Rihanna!
The outbound sales team member Dean got straight to the point. Very professional and personable from the start. I explained my circumstances and the AA was the first insurer I got a quote from. Dean went through a few routine questions with me and secured the sale. However due to issues with payment over the phone (mobile reception not the best) I had to get a further callback and dealt with Rihanna. Very profession team, knowledgeable,professional and courteous. It was first and last call on insuring my call and I had resigned to spending a couple of hours filling out online forms on various insurers websites. Both Dean and Rihanna made it very easy to do business and they're both a credit to the AA.
