This has to be the worst organisation I have ever had to deal with within my 20 years career working in Finance. There first line support very poor customer service, the second line support are not any better to be fair. I had an issue with there software for over 2 months and each time I call for it to be resolved I always receive an excuse, if its not an excuse I get told that the issue has been resolved but in actual fact they have made the issue worse!
On average it takes a couple of hours each time to get my point across to first line support because of there lack of knowledge, staff are so badly trained instead of reading the case each time I have to repeat myself.
Today it took me 5 hours to get through to a manager and when I eventually did it was like listening to a scratched record "I don't have a fix but I will call you back" I am 99.9% sure he will not call back because this company doesn't know anything about customer service.
I refuse to speak to this company now because of the deceit and lack of knowledge I actually get anxiety because it takes a whole day to get through to this company which results in me not following my daily schedule. I would rather go back to using pen and paper if I had a choice.

We use Access Budgeting and Finance platforms along with Access HR/People and Payroll systems and find them all very user friendly.
Staff are always eager to help us when we have any questions or problems.
There are constant developments and enhancements to the system, which is great for the customer.
The point I would most like us to reach is where all the systems fully integrate, as this will bring many benefits to our Trust.
To be honest this Company totally mis-sold it's products to me, I bought into HR, Payroll, Finance and budget monitoring, the sales person said it was a feed through product where information was input once and fed through. What a load of rubbish, the HR and Payroll system does not feed through to finance.
The support on the HR side of things is shocking at best, no user manuals and a help desk which takes days to look into any issues. The finance side of the system is clearer and at least there is a manual but there are no humans to talk to and seek help from.
A totally frustrating change over for us, I wish i'd never heard of the group and I intend to take this matter further when I get a chance as it was totally mis-sold.

It's worth noting that The Access Group (TAG) from a customer point of view should be viewed as a "group". We've been a customer of theirs for 6 years now first with Access Dimensions and Focal Point, then taking on Select Pay and finally SelectHR. TAG have grown in recent years by acquiring promising 3rd party software and re-branding it. When they do this they take on many of their staff and support, so if support was bad to begin with it doesn't really get any better by being bought out by TAG. In my (extensive) experience of dealing with them their support for Dimensions and Focal Point is good. Same for Select Pay. Consultants for these products do tend to know their stuff and can write some really complex customisation for you if you are happy to pay the day rate of £995 plus expenses. You get to know who the SQL gurus are and just ask for them, and wait for them to be free. Select HR on the other hand has been a really bumpy ride and while the product is capable I can't recommend it due to the poor standard of support we continue to receive 3 years after implementation. Additionally even if you are willing to pay consultants to come on site and sort out a mess many of them are no where near as skilled as the finance ones, often relying on remote teams to get the work done over days and weeks which of course you have to constantly chase. This all leads to a capable piece of software which is misunderstood and consequently underused and badly configured. Overall I can only recommend TAG for their finance products (not aCloud, on-prem only) and we for one will not be taking on any more of their software since poor support is such a risk when you depend on it so heavily. I think TAG have gone beyond a critical mass and no longer can guarantee support standards to new (and especially small and medium sized) customers.
