I’ve purchased a few items from this company and all of them are really well done! Had a bit of an issue with my last package, a lot of which was due to a postage strike, but customer service was quick to help and lovely to deal with.
I decided to give these books a try after seeing numerous ads. I signed up for email and texts to get a coupon code… the code given did not work. The company could not have been more helpful! They took care of the code and the books shipped quickly. They even followed up to make sure my order was actually received. I can’t wait to start my adventures. Thank you so much!!!
I ordered a bundle of books from The Adventure Challenge as a Christmas gift to my husband. We have known each other for a decade and recently just had our first baby, so I thought it would be a fun way to reinvent our relationship. I was super disappointed at first because my package was delivered to the wrong address. This was 100% USPS's fault and not the Adventure Challenge. Fortunately, customer service from The Adventure Challenge, completely understood and sent me a replacement at no cost. Their communication and willingness to resolve a problem was outstanding, and I really appreciated it. In the age of Amazon, it is nice to support a different business with an excellent product. We have scratched off some of the challenges, and I think it is well worth the money. Order one for you and your partner, then put your phones down and make some memories!
Ok. Long story. To make it short, went through a roller coaster with their customer service team as I received a damaged product that I wanted to give as a gift. It was said I could only get a 15% refund (just under $4 I got back of a 20 dollar purchase) I’ve bought from them before and was upset but took it and cut my losses, it’s $20 ya know, it’s a lesson to learn.
Well, come January I get an email from another customer rep after a long time (I had already moved on mostly) but she offered me a new book. Which was all I wanted in the first place.
It’s a good gift, and they’re fun ideas for friends. I have the solo and friends edition. Overall very pleased with the solution. Kinda sad I couldn’t get it sooner for the holidays but I greatly appreciate the willingness to reach out and offer the original solution I wanted.
Will possibly purchase again.

I didn’t get my package for nearly a month. They claimed they lost my package. I asked for them to send me my order with express shipping because I had already waited close to a month. They did not cover it.
I must express my disappointment with the amount refunded—only four dollars—especially considering the significant inconvenience I experienced. This situation is particularly disheartening as I had planned a special surprise for a friend I haven’t seen in years, during the holiday season and New Year. The expedited delivery was crucial for me to ensure that the gift arrived on time. Instead, I ended up going without a gift, which was not only disappointing for me but also for my friend. As a loyal customer for the past four to five years, I expected a more considerate resolution to this issue.
I would appreciate it if you could reassess this situation and consider a more appropriate compensation given the circumstances.

My package had been lost in mail, so I decided to contact them. Very quickly they replied and were very helpful in wanting to re-send the products that I had initially ordered. In the end, I did get the initial package that was having delays due to USPS problems, but I appreciated the attitude and willingness to help
I have ordered the singles and couples edition of Adventure Challenge as a gift for friends, and it has always been a hit! I recently ordered the couples edition for some friends for Christmas. The gift was lost somewhere in the mail. When I contacted Adventure Challenge's customer service, they responded promptly and gave me some action steps. When those actions steps led to the same conclusion that the package was lost, they promptly offered to send me a replacement. I gave them a new address to have the package sent to and they sent it right away and it arrived within a week. The gift blessed my friends so much! Thank you Adventure Challenge for helping me and being willing to replace (at no extra charge) the lost package!

We’ve gotten a few adventure challenge books, and each outcome has been a delight. The orders are quickly received and are well-manufactured. The design and organization of the books are very user-friendly and make it simple to use for those of us with busy schedules. The challenges themselves are so creative, and my 9 year old and her cousins have an absolutely blast. The outcome is priceless - laughter, connections, and memories.
I've purchased the couple's bundle in the past that includes the couples dates and after dark version along with both connection cards and absolutely loved this idea! Recently just purchased the Solo edition but after 2 weeks hadn't gotten my shipment so e-mailed to follow up. They let me know it is currently out of stock so offered to give me the family edition connection cards for the inconvenience! Amazing customer service and quick responses! Would highly recommend everyone to check this out even if it's just to change up your routine and do something different. Love these ideas and thoughtful connection card questions.
I was not happy that once I bought I was given a lower price for what I just purchased. The autobot that texted me did not acknowledge my question and honestly if the product was going to be another price it would have been nice to know that the price is different depending on what you click or who you are. I like the product but do not like feeling like I was not allowed to have the price others have.

I had no issues at all with receiving the Adventure books! I bought the In Bed for my husband for Christmas and we have had soooo much fun with some of the challenges so far! Especially Mr. and Mrs. Smith! Won't say anymore! You will have to buy the book to find out! I think the family edition would be a great gift to get for my daughter and her family too! I also had a question on something in the book and heard right back from customer service! Would highly recommend!
I had an issue with using my discount code. Because I heard such great things about the product, I decided to go forward with my purchase sans the discount. I sent an email to customer service to advise of the issue and customer service offered to add the discount code after I made my purchase. I received a refund, which was great. The customer service agent corrected the issue without me requesting the correction. Kudos to this company for the great customer service!
We love The Adventure Challenge. We bought the In Bed book, the quickies, and the little conversation cards, and everything is absolutely perfect. The book is so well-designed. Super elegant, and the challenges are so much fun. We're already looking forward to finding out if there will be a second edition of The Adventure Challenge, In Bed.
