I placed an order on 12/15/2024 never received. You can’t call these people only email. They provided me a tracking that NEVER updated. Received a few emails saying the order is lost and do I want a replacement or refund. I chose refund and here it is 1/11/2025 no refund, no product, no word from these folk. You would think when they discovered a issue they would correct it but noooooo just string the customer along until in my opinion they NEVER shipped the items ONLY created a label for it.

Although ordering and the shipment were processed quickly, I never received my package. Only after multiple attempts to contact support, I was given an automated AI response, and no information as to what I should do next.

Bought two adventure books. So awesome that we bought the family one

Paid for expedited shipping to arrive before christmas and it arrived well after. I emailed to get a refund and was answered back by AI that it was on USPS.

Easy to maneuver. Great project for price. Lots of fun.

This is the second time l purchased here. Great product, prefect for couples who are bored of the regular date night ideas. Their customer service is also very nice and helpful (through both text and email). Highly recommend!!

Ordering was easy and delivery was speedy. These were gifts and the recipients are excited.

Everything was easily accessible. I have used some of your products before. The recipients were very satisfied. I have not gifted the new books yet.

I have bought the solo book looking for things to do solo and instead it seems more of a book for if you were depressed and just had a break up. Quite disappointed on the first few beginning scratch offs. I did haven’t scratched them all off but I am not pleased with how it is going so far. I might give the bedroom and friends book a try next to hope it’s better.

For the solo book for the warm up. I would not suggest “peek a boo” as the first. It doesn’t make sense when you have it as a SOLO book. Who would I play “peek a boo” with when I am trying to do this by myself.

Hope others are better since the reviews are supposedly great.

I never received this order, which was supposed to be a Christmas present. I originally asked for a replacement, but didn’t hear back from anyone until after Christmas even though i sent multiple emails. At that point i was no longer interested in the product and just wanted a refund of my money spent. I have requested a refund over multiple emails with Dee, that gets me no where. The last email i received was that they were sending me the order again and i would have to pay for the reshipment. My response was that i do not want a new package and that i just want a refund of my money. So far there has been no response to that request.

We’ve only had time to do a couple pages due our work schedules and having a 7 year old child in our home. They have been a lot of fun and we’re looking forward to exploring more!

I love how fast I receive my purchases! They also have such fun activities to try, these pushed me to get outside of my comfort zone. I need the push sometimes.

SCAM do not waste your time or money. Still not received it & even after they reached out to sort it out it still isn’t sorted

We like The Adventure Challenge's content; we've bought a handful of their products, and they're fun and creative. Unfortunately their shipping process is also somewhat of an adventure challenge. Products took quite a while to arrive on our last order.

Absolutely fantastic!! I ordered during the Christmas rush and didn't expect to get my Adventures til wayyyy after Christmas. Lo and behold they arrived Christmas Eve! Everyone who's got their adventures has been raving about them! And surprisingly they're all sticking to the You Scratch It, You Do It rule!

I was so excited to start the Solo Adventure Challenge in 2025 so I was very disappointed to find that once I finally received my order, it was incomplete. I've reached out to customer service three times and had no response. I really don't want to go through the hassle of a return but I won't have any choice. Not great for the company. It's such a fun idea and I'm sure I would have bought many more as gifts.
