After some chasing, the customer service was fantastic!
Unfortunately my order got lost in the post during the black Friday weekend. It took a little while to get a response from The Adventure Challenge, but once I did, their customer service was exemplary.
The advisor made a note in their calendar to check in once the specified time period elapsed and once the delivery details still said "delayed" (which it had been for 20 days!) they went ahead and sent out a replacement for me, checking in every step of the way.
I received my items today and am so happy with the quality. Looking forward to the challenges in 2025

Solo adventure ridiculous
The adverts of the solo adventure book show people going on walks and taking pictures and painting and all nice stuff you can do alone, no examples on their website but I thought I'd treat myself something new in the new year, scratched first one today which is number 1, the first challenge is to buy an air bed and a body of water and float whilst listening to an audio book,
Not sure floating out to sea which is my easiest access to a body of water and pumping an airbed up in January in freezing temperatures is something I would recommend.
If these are the type of adventure you want go ahead but the advertising I saw didn't indicate anything like this glad I got this in the sale as the coins the send don't scratch very well and ended up damaging the paper below.
Overall my new years resolution went out the window on the 4th

Slow shipping and handling times. Pricing is very inconsistent. Very disappointed based on how hard they advertise. Would not recommend and will probably return my entire order if it ever shows up.

Customer service is poor
Contacting customer service is a total joke. Email only and it takes A LOOONNNGGG time for a response. Also, packaging is less than ideal, arriving in a paper mailer. So far, two books have arrived damaged. While the company has so far made one order right, it took several weeks for this to happen. Otherwise, the product itself is great.

Great customer service
Great customer service. My package got lost on the way to me and customer service provided a quick response giving me helpful tips to track it. It was still missing after I tried their steps so they sent me a replacement. I really appreciate their customer service.

So far we have only started one…
So far we have only started one adventure but I love the idea of these! As a parent of school aged children and both working full time jobs, we get caught up with life and forget to take time to make new memories. These books take the guess work out of it and allow us to enjoy the moments made

Team were very helpful, pleasant and prompt response time, to deal with, in trying to locate the reason for the delay.

Paid for expedited shipping, did not receive within the expedited timeline and did not respond to my e-mail questioning shipping.
Was refunded for the expedited shipping and understand with the holidays how delays can occur. Great customer service after the fact, but still sad it didn't make it for Christmas Day.

No tape for pictures
The books are advertised as having a sticky spot to put pictures. However mine does not have that. I bought the bundle and neither have a sticky spot. The ideas are fun.

There should be a white sheet, found at the back of the book is full of double-sided tape adhesive stickers that you can use to attach your photos to each adventure. We used to insert the double-sided tape directly next to challenges but we thought this upgrade to our books would give you more options when assembling your book of memories! ♥️

After ordering and paying for express shipping the item was never shipped. I reached out and was refunded my express shipping charges. Item still never shipped. Ended up requesting full refund.
