I have purchased from this seller previously and had a really great experience. Whilst the crystal was exactly like pictured, unfortunately it took a long time to post this to me. I ordered November 2022 and it was posted in January 2023. I tried to contact the seller and didn’t receive a response. This wouldn’t stop me purchasing in the future from them, just not the best experience this time.
