very, very poor. Couldn't be bothered to put black tape on bottles of concentrate to keep them secure during transit all leaked over the package, and subsequently had to destroy the package. A waste of £32.00

I placed an order for £32 worth of concentrated, but my order was returned by Spanish customs in Madrid. According to Royal Mail tracking, it was delivered back to them on the 17th of November, but they have not even said a word to me about it. I emailed them a couple of times asking if they could confirm it. But I have had no response from them, also I have sent various messages through the contact us page in their website, but no answer either, so thy have kept my money and my merchandise, I have only got one word for this, THEIVES

From order to door its simple seamless and the range of product is second to none 10/10

I recently purchased some flavoring liquids from this vendor. Overall, the product quality was decent, but several factors made the experience less than ideal.

Quality of the Liquid:
The flavor I tried was okay, though I’ve only used one so far. The liquid itself seems fine.

Packaging and Storage:
The packaging was alright. I liked that the bottles were soft and easy to squeeze, which made it convenient to use.

Delivery:
I made my purchase on Sunday night, and it was dispatched Monday morning, which is understandable. However, the delivery was disappointing, arriving on Friday morning. “48hours” is bs. This delay was frustrating, especially since I’ve had quicker turnarounds with other vendors. To make matters worse, tracking through Royal Mail had no updates until Thursday, which left me in the dark about when to expect my order.

Communication:
The most frustrating part of this experience was the complete lack of communication. Despite their website stating that they aim to respond within a day, I’ve heard nothing from them since Wednesday. I feel completely ignored, which is unacceptable. It makes me question how they would handle issues if something went wrong with my order in the future.

Would I Buy Again?
Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be buying from this vendor again. While the quality of the flavoring liquids seems decent, the poor communication and unreliable delivery have left a bad impression. When something goes wrong with a purchase, customers need support, and based on my experience, I’m concerned that I wouldn’t get any resolution if an issue arose.

I have used this company for years. Since I started mixing my own liquid ten years ago. I used to get shipped one liter of nicotine at a time. And the service was great. If a shipment was stopped in customs they sent me a new one. (Not legal in Norway to sell, but privately you could legally order from another country) But one day it was stopped. It was no longer possible to order. So I'm disappointed in that.

I have been shopping for my ecig concentrates with this company for a couple of years now. The products are great, and always delivered on time. The price is also fantastic!

I’ve made order for few liquids however they not arrived as customs wasn’t filled correctly. And item has been returned to sender.

I asked for refund twice without any answers. Be aware that they might send you order but when the problem occurs u can forget about any refund.

Amazing company, it's the only one where I can get 30ml bottles, and if there is something out of order but you don't know, then they personally phone you like I found out today ( 19/02/24 ), there is a shipping fee unless you spend £30 then it's free, will only buy from this company in future

There is no easy was to delete ones own account, or to request details of all private information held.
There is also no unsubscribe link on any of their marketing e-mails or SMS / text messaging notifications.

This company does not appear to be Data Safe or UK GDPR compliant. Hence the user is not in full control of their own data, which is concerning.
