Still waiting for refund
I was disappointed not to receive all of the beers that I selected. There was a pencil note about a refund. I've been in contact multiple times with the company but am still to receive my refund for the items that were not sent. I do hope that taking over the Dry Drinker name this summer isn't distracting this business

Took nearly a month not to deliver what I had ordered and paid for in advance. The worst customer service I have ever encountered bar none. They blamed the courier company and did not apologise.

Your query regarding the missing parcel was raised 15 days after dispatch. As outlined in our order and tracking confirmation emails, we kindly ask customers to notify us within 3 days if a delivery hasn’t arrived so we can step in and resolve it promptly.
That said, as soon as you got in touch, our team responded quickly and offered two solutions: a replacement or a full refund. You chose the refund option, which we processed immediately.
We’re proud of our commitment to customer care and are fortunate to receive consistent 5-star reviews for our service. While we absolutely value constructive feedback, we do feel your review may not reflect the full context of the support we provided in this instance.

The shipment of alcohol free beer was delayed and wasn’t going to arrive until after the weekend. I contacted the customer support and told them it was needed for Saturday as it my daughters wedding. They sent out another order to arrive by 10:30 on the day of the wedding. Fantastic service from Becca!

Fizz tastes like apple cider vinegar - undrinkable
I ordered a clearance box after seeing the wines on social media, I opened the fizz and it tastes like apple cider vinegar, I immediately threw it down the sink, I’ve emailed them about my experience and happy to have the other 5 collected and just a simple refund, in my view not drinkable maybe that’s why they were a clearance for £30

The choice of beers is excellent although the overall prices appear on the high side. However there are very good offers on most occasions. On one occasion the delivery company caused a mix up and we got our order free of charge

Very impressed, good products at a reasonable price. Delivery was good as well, received the guiness within a couple of days,as promised. Previously ordered some ciders, and unfortunately they didn't last long, as they were very refreshing.

Unacceptable service
I ordered some beer on the 17th of May and i got an email on the 18th to say it had shipped. I contacted them again on the 22nd of Mat as my order had not arrived and they told me that it would be sent that day as they were waiting on stock of my type of beer. Its arrived today on the 28th. They made no attempt at o contact me to let me know the beer was not in stock, if they had i could of chosen another brand or got a refund and bought elsewhere. This to me is poor customer service. I would not recommend this company and will not buy from them again. Once they have your money they are not bothered.

Hi Mr Hodgson, whilst i take onboard your comments unfortunately the courier taking so long to deliver the items to you possibly due to the bank holiday was out of our control, your order was indeed delayed by 1 day due to us awaiting stock, depending on what time it comes in (in your case after the couriers had collected for the day) it suffered a delay there but we were not aware that it had taken longer to get to you, and should have been before the bank holiday for which i can only apologies on our couriers behalf, we ship 100's of parcels per day and are very lucky only a few go wrong or take longer than expected but i am glad you received you beer in the end.
