The same scammer is leaving the 2nd review for the SAME transaction. The first one he left under the name DTP.
He tried to scam us by trying to send a cheap ring with glass-filled ruby, which cost $20, as a return for solid 18k gold GIA-certified high-end ruby.
This person is being investigated for fraud. If any other seller suffered from his scams, please contact us.
He claimed that the ring he received was not as advertised. He said that the ring is not made of rose gold, but it is made of yellow gold. When we asked to show us the ring, he showed us a cheap ring with glass-filled ruby.
We said it was not our ring and again asked him to show us it, which he refused. When we explained that we would not accept a wrong ring in return, he insulted our employee, threatened him personally with physical violence, and called him extremely offensive names.
We have the scans of his messages which our attorney will submit in the court of law. In the end, he tried to blackmail us by threatening to write bad reviews, which would ruin our business.
This is what he is trying to do.

Absolutely terrible terrible experience probably about the worst experience ever had from start to finish then I got the ring they say no hassle returns. I wanted to return the ring and they're giving me problems and saying that I'm trying to cheat them and send them back a different ring and this and that and that and this and give me all kind of problems worse come in the world very fake very fraudulent. They don't stand behind nothing with Advertise. It's all the front very bad experience you will regret highly they are all fake reviews. Trust me I dealt with it, and I was a fool for it.

This business was very responsive to my inquiries being very inexperienced with Alexandrite. When I asked questions all were answered and additional educational material was provided. The earrings arrived as expected looking great and have not been gifted yet but I expect they will be well-received. I'm already arranging my next custom piece. Although I was afraid of buying jewelry online, I trusted this company and I have never regretted it. I bought a lovely "flexible" ring with diamonds and natural alexandrite, certified by the GIA. When I received the ring it was much much nicer than the picture even. This is a reliable company, with jewellery of real quality. They helped me every step of the way and communication was excellent and efficient. The ring arrived to me soon and safely. For sure, I will buy again from "THE ALEXANDRITE".
