Service and delivery were very efficient and I love my necklace

Great experience, Rai was very kind and informative, it is what I expected, however, I would live it if they were able to get a reader in to convey the full report.

I went to The Alchemistry on my birthday to take an aura picture with my family (yes, it's a jewellery shop but they do this too!). I was at first a little sceptical but we all had such a great experience with Nilza - it was fun, informative and she was very positive and lovely to speak with. I've since convinced all my friends to go do their aura pictures too, and will be going again. Thanks for the memorable experience!

Visited Floral Street London last week, another amazing experience. Rachel and her staff are so helpful, this is the second visit to the store within five months and I’ve already made three purchases.

I love the Alkemistry brand jewellery, it’s so delicate and just that bit different.
My first purchase was the pear multi drop necklace (18ct yellow gold) given to our daughter on the morning of her wedding, she absolutely loves it, however it needed to be altered just slightly, I posted it down to London two weeks before my next trip to the capital. Job done perfectly and it was ready for me to collect during my visit, the alteration charge was minimal at £25.00. A perfectly smooth and easy experience.

The wrapping on all of my purchases was beautifully done, it just makes the items that extra bit special.

Looking forward very much to my next visit to Floral Street Covent Garden.

My daughter arrived for a pre-booked appointment to have her welded bracelet cleaned. The person who was supposed to clean the bracelet wasn’t there and nobody else could help. No contact since to offer new appointment.

The staff was incredibly nice and knew who we were once we walked through the door (we made an appointment a few weeks prior).
We had two eternal bracelets customized and the whole process was smooth. I love the result and enjoy the bracelet every single day!

You screwed up my order - sending the wrong necklace. My wife was expecting a pearl necklace on our Pearl anniversary - at our anniversary dinner she opened a opal one! I am still waiting for it’s replacement.
This is my first order from Alkemistry. I won’t be coming back.
