Every negative review is true

Every negative review is true. Trust me. The one good one is probably the owner or something whose name is "Jason". Called me a r*tard and cussed me out as well because I called him out on b*tching to a Twitch streamer that he was talking bad on his company on reddit when the streamer really wasn't. Someone on the streamer's reddit must have posted something or tagged him in something about this company. This idiot doesn't know how reddit works. I went on his site just to mess with him in the chat and he got irate lol. He's an idiot.

BOGUS REVIEWS

I went to look up my old boss online and I ran into this crap. I worked for The Android Doctor for about 2 years until moving away. You do not know the idiots that I had to deal with on a daily basis. They show up on their phone instead of their computer...they come in on their 986 processor running xp. They come in with dial up internet speeds. Then you got the know it all's that slow everything down even though they are paying you to fix their problem. People just walk away in a middle of a session. That is just some of the examples. That is not even including the people that are just inherently stupid!

The owners of the Android Doctor employ about a dozen people and they are more than fair when it came to pay. And never had a problem giving me an advance when i was in a jam. They held numerous company events for employees and our families. It was a great place to work. So when i read this crap online I know these are the same people that i described above not telling the whole story. That is my 2 cents!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. STAY AWAY. I paid $24.95 for unlocking services I never got. Wasted an entire day trying. They don't answer the phone, an email or their online contact. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I hope they get shut down

Cyberbullying at it's best, STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Long story short, I asked about the process to unlock a galaxy s7 and the online chat support rep sent me a Google pay link. I asked him whether they'd support Paypal and he responded with a barrage of expletives, also threatening to install active x and hack my browser. . NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I had them unlock my device which works ok at times (their skills are clearly limited), BUT a few months later I see a random charge on my card that I did not authorize. If you've EVER used this company call and cancel your card and have a new one issued. They will eventually fraudulently charge every customer they've ever had. Beware!!!

Complete b*llshit

Complete b*llshit. I just wasted 20 dollars last night trying to unlock an S7 Edge
At first I was like "Oh cool they're launching applications on my computer, maybe I can actually use my phone after" But NOPE
SCAM SCAM SCAM
Some guy named Mark (pretty sure that it was just a bot) launched applications and just went absent. Fearing for my security, I ended the connection 30 minutes in. I absolutely HATE this

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY RUINED MY …

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY RUINED MY PHONE AND LIED ABOUT REFUNDING MY MONEY

At a friend of mine's urging I contacted the Android doctor to have them do some IMEI work on a Galaxy Note 5.

I followed all their steps to the letter I paid the $39.95 and waited and waited and waited. After following their instructions to the letter I started up a remote chat session with them that told me that I was connected with them and they were connected with me.

Over 40 freaking five minutes later they get on and told me that their server crashed, and supposedly they lost power.

Im no rocket scientist but if i never lost the remote connection to their system (that they asked me to set up) then their system never went down, nor did they lose power... Sounds like they were lying to me from the get-go.

Honestly I really don't think they have any idea what they're doing they flashed some software on a $500 Galaxy Note 5 of mine, locked the phone up. Like the couple of Internet trolls they are. Called me a bunch of Horrible names logged off; and left me hanging; with a bricked $500 Samsung Galaxy NOTE 5.

2 words stay away.. if you want it done right look on eBay or somewhere else don't ever let these guys touch your phone because as it is my Galaxy Note 5 is a paperweight..

Thanks theandroidRUINER for taking a perfectly good $500 Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and turning it into a non working piece of trash.
