Secondhand goods sent out, no customer service e

I ordered 2 cushions. After a few weeks they arrived. The 70cm was good and our Frenchie loves it, but the 100cm is awful. It looks like it has been used and washed on a hot wash, is flat and lumpy. I contacted the company, sent the photos they asked for and proof of purchase. On 8th December they said they would send a replacement. I have contacted them several times since then and they said they were waiting for the logistics centre to reply to them. It is now 27th December and they are no longer replying to me and have ignored my request for a refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
