No response to my emails

No response to my emails, boots fell apart, I eventually got hold of someone on chat and was offered 20% off which would not cover repair. Returned for a refund and since I have heard nothing, so now I'm out of pocket. I have shopped here for years, but never again

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM ANTHRO

Order No. AN20628524. I ordered a duvet cover and a pillowcase. I received a pillowcase and 2 shams. No duvet. Customer Service 800 number is bizarre. No ring tone and calls kept dropping. First clerk (thick Southern accent) hung up because she was stressed out. Second clerk advised I had to send a photo of the incorrect items. (???) The photos are undisputable proof that wrong items were sent? Seriously? I did as asked. Third clerk advised that "support team" will email me in 72 business hours. Not allowed to just mail the shams back. Discouraged from returning items by taking to one of their stores. There's more red tape at the Anthro than trying to get a mortgage loan. Took almost an hour to get through the red tape. DO NOT SHOP ANTHRO ON LINE. Shop at the store instead.

Took my money and never sent me anything

Worst customer service experience! They promise to deliver within 2-4 working days. They simply took money from my card and never sent me anything. Royal Mail tracking says awaiting dispatch and it’s been like that for forever. Awful customer service on the phone, simply useless staff who cannot speak any English. They do not respond to emails at all. Total scam!

Don't waste your money here!

Having received badly damaged goods not fit for purpose from this company, speaking from my experience, I can only describe them as dreadful. After three months of email correspondence they have offered NOTHING in terms of compensation. Brief robotic replies from about eleven different names in the supposed "Customer Service'' is all I have to show for an outlay of nearly £80. Be warned.

The Anthropologie is a Total Scam

Total scam. I ordered several items totaling over $100 and no delivery. I checked the email addresses and sent messages to personal email addresses through PayPal to China. Money was debited from my credit card. I called the credit card company and disputed the charges and they credited my account. The prices were too good to be true.

Fraud and Scam site that have another company as the contact.

Theanthroplogie.com is Fraud and scam site that has another company's phone and address under their contact information. Called the 888 number and it is actually for Tallmenshoes which is sell men shoes. Apparently, they are a legit company that "Theanthropologie" somehow used their contact information as their own. First thought was sending money through Paypal seems sketchy. Luckily my order was under $50. Currently, in the process of disputing the charges with Paypal. Lesson learned, if it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't. Do a little research and save yourself the trouble. Just google their phone and address.

13th October still no dress still no response.

Theanthropologie.com FAKE

I do not recommend this page is a DECEPTION. On 8.18.22 I placed an order for USD 88.- and I did NOT receive my order. They say it's an anthropology store outlet but it's a THEFT. Trust in placing my order as the prices were very good, plus you can pay with Paypal. When making the payment with Paypal ms it seemed very strange that Paypal named the transaction as "MONEY SEND" and not as a normal payment. But in the transaction they even gave me an Order Number. This supposed store, when paying with Paypal, has a Russian name... that is, I sent money to Russia!
