I’ve paid in to these cowboys for 12months I rang them last September because my Samsung washing machine was really noisy I said I think it’s the bearings the girl said we won’t come out to mend it until it stops working anyway it as got worse wouldn’t spin so rang them I had an option to speak to someone or leave a msg but it continuously rang I emailed them 4times and no reply but after 2wks and nothing I emailed them and told them I was going to cancel the direct debit and with in 15 minutes they rang me and arranged for someone to come out anyway the machine was that bad that they engineer said that it would be a big job asked how much the machine was I said it’s 3 yrs old and it cost me £869 he put the details to this cowboy firm and they rang me to say that it’s not economical to mend it so instead of new for old they offered me the £120 I had paid the insurance for the last year to them which is not acceptable they cold called me offered me the same as domestic &General offers new for old if it can’t be repaired which they don’t they said if they had came out and repaired my machine and I called them out again and it can’t be repaired I would of got new for old but they bloody wouldn’t come out the first time I contacted them

Via a company called All Sorted I insured my Hoover Washing machine on a repair or replace basis. As my mashing machine broke down called all sorted and this company was contacted to provide the repair. The earliest date for repair was 22 Nov 2023 some 6 months away. Their response was then to just refund my insurance payments and say over to you.
If anyone thinks this is a way to provide insurance cover then please continue using this company.
