I still haven’t received my order!

I’ve sent numerous emails for follow ups
on my order. One email has been replied to!
It’s false advertising plain and simple, when I placed my order they stated shipping would be 3-8 days and it’s been more than that (I even paid for expedited shipping). I received a generic email saying they were back ordered but would be getting an order in and it would be shipped on a certain day which hasn’t happened….. When I pointed out that there was no updated info on shipping timelines on their website it was randomly updated the following day…. Upon searching reviews people who ordered last month have still not received their orders.
