The worst customer service. They were meant to do a chemical analysis of one of our device components. They were claiming to first do it, then finish it, then send the report - for a month. Since the test it has been ONE MONTH and no data or results. All their managers (now three) are trying to send something "on Monday" or "tomorrow" or "in the afternoon". Nothing is delivered. Nothing is here. No communication that I can trust. Apalling service. Never again

Shoddy work, hopeless customer service.
I sent a ring to be hallmarked, when it arrived the it was all wonky and had a crown stamp I hadn’t asked for. I had to send it to a laser welder to be filled.
I sent it back to be re-hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office and this time the ring was ruined. A third of the metal on one side has been removed, and the ring has been badly polished. It is now un-sellable and will have to be made again from scratch.
They have made several mistakes over the years, this is the worst, they cannot be trusted.
