I contacted Theatre Tokens after finding a bunch of very old paper vouchers that had been overlooked in a cupboard for many years. The same day Kay from Theatre Tickets came back to me with replacement electronic vouchers which I can now use. Great response and very good customer service. Well done!

Excellent service. Instantly renewed tokens which were probably more than 20 years old. We will use them to take our 90 year old cousin, visiting from New Zealand for Christmas, to see a good old fashioned pantomime. Thank you Kay.

I purchased a £60 Theatre Tokens gift card as an anniversary present for friends, but unfortunately it went missing in the post. Although I hadn't registered the tokens as they were a gift, I contacted Theatre Tokens customer services with my receipt for the purchase and the first class signed for receipt, and Henry dealt with my enquiry within a very short window - issuing a replacement e-token for my friends to replace the missing physical version.

I am absolutely delighted with the service. It was a real relief to have the matter resolved so quickly, especially as I thought I'd lost the gift, and I really appreciated Henry's helpful and straightforward approach.

Can't rate their customer service team highly enough - I was sent an e gift voucher with few details - assumed it was a Theatre Tokens one as that's what I'd requested... They went out of their way to help me track it down, remaining prompt and friendly. Great service.

I ordered a token as an emailed birthday gift but for some reason it failed to arrive at the recipient. Once I queried this with Theatre Tokens it was resolved within the hour - very impressive customer service.

I uncovered two old paper Theatre Tokens with no PIN and wasn’t sure they could still be used. Kay at Theatre Tokens took care of everything: both were cancelled and replaced with eGifts within hours.

The speed and personal service really stood out. It’s rare to reach someone who listens, takes ownership and sorts things so quickly. If you find old paper tokens, don’t throw them away or assume they’re worthless. Contact Theatre Tokens — they may be able to help you turn them into your next night at the theatre.

Gifted theatre tokens and registered them as recommended. Whilst on the site looked for show we wanted. Despite over a year away very limited availability - and the usual mark up of a booking fee.

I tried with the theatre agent itself and got a much better range - all £1 cheaper (unusually no booking fee at ATG).

As others have stated, can’t book on line using voucher, have to get ATG agent to verify your token and hope the seat you want is still available when you get through. Won’t accept card top up over ‘phone have to pay balance on an email link thought loses ticket if not found and funded on receipt.

Such a shame when the gifter generously buys you the card to give you choice when in reality they limit your options.

I found a theatre token gift letter and tried to spend them. Unfortunately the letter didn’t have a pin. I emailed Kay at theatre tokens.com to see if anyway to get a new pin. She emailed me back. Told me exactly what to do and within a couple of days I had a new pin so will be able to redeem them on my next theatre trip.

I had a technical issue with some Tokens and [as it turns out] this was MY fault and a complete misunderstanding. That being said Kay Adams-Ripley [Operations Co-ordinator] was professional, understanding, calm and collected for the entire process [and correct!!!]. I would love to be involved in bringing this brand into 2026 with some good systems though; "add your tokens to your account" "see the audit trail of your tokens" "spend your tokens online" "purchase digital tokens" "remote gifting" +++. But thanks for all your help Kay.

There was a minor technical glitch when I ordered a £300 gift voucher, which ended up with my having paid for and receiving two vouchers, both for £300, so a lot more than I wanted to spend. I emailed Theatre Tokens as soon as I realised what had happened, and they came back promptly, refunded me immediately and sent through a new correct voucher. Very efficient, very helpful and very reassuring as £300 is a lot of money. Thank you!

Wonderful customer service from Kay - my brother had bought me a token for my birthday which was due to be sent on the day, but I needed it to be sent beforehand. Kay was helpful, polite, and very swift at organising it to be sent - and it was then sent 20 minutes later. Exceptional customer service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them / use them again.

When using my voucher the pin scratched off completely and could not be read. Kay responded very quickly and sorted a new e-voucher but also helped with information on how and where to use it. Excellent customer service!
