Problem sorted super quickly and without any fuss. Great customer service

An amazing company - highly recommended!!
We had registered a £50 theatre token back in 2022 but had lost the physical card so couldn't use the amount to pay for some tickets.
Emailed the help desk on a Sunday and within 24 hours, the original token was cancelled & I had received an ecard for £50, ready to be used.

My niece had her phone stolen and lost her email account so never received her surprise theatre tokens. I only discovered this 3 months later when I asked her if she'd booked anything. Theatre tokens couldn't have been more helpful and sent me a replacement token by return. Great customer service, thank you.

I had a problem uncovering the pin on a gift card I was given - but Theatre Tokens sorted it out in a couple of days and with no fuss!

Impossible to use the tokens. So much admin. I tried 3 different payment methods and it kept declining saying the vendor changed the amount charged. Scam!!!

After losing my voucher, and needing the physical card to book with my local theatre, the customer service team could not have been more helpful in solving things for me!

I mislaid one of my theatre tokens recently, but thankfully had registered them on receipt. I emailed the team and was delighted to get a quick response with an egift of the original theatre token!

Great customer service when resolving an issue with lost theatre tokens, highly recommend!

What an excellent service, we contacted theatre tokens with our issue and within a few hours it was all sorted.

Had an issue with delivery of the tokens (postal delay) but the help desk responded really fast and issued an e -gift instead. Great service.

There was no fuss, no inquisition, no form-filling: just a very rapid, professional response which also produced an excellent outcome. If this standard of after-sales service / customer interaction was more widely practiced (especially regards online transactions), the world would be a way happier & less frustrating place. An excellent service from Kay at Theatre Tokens. I had old tokens which, I recently found out, can't be used any more.
I asked for help with this and within 24 hours I had a helpful e-mail and replacement tokens. Brilliant!

It is so rare to find a company that accepts gift vouchers (tokens) beyond a certain period, so when I recently found a Theatre Tokens voucher that was at least 14 years old I didn't hold out much hope it would still be usable. Checking on the Theatre Tokens website, they said they honour old vouchers without a PIN by swapping them for an e-gift card. Within 24 hours, a voucher I thought I couldn't use has now got a useable monetary value and won't go to waste. I cannot fault the honourability or efficiency of this company!
