Speedy delivery and the avocados were packed well, and delivery instructions followed perfectly. Now we wait patiently to eat those delicious avocados - and I’m sure they will be well worth the wait.

Amazing got a message to say order has been collected, today at aprox 9.15am there's a box on the back step. There's a few extras this time more than happy with this arrangement. Super fast,great communication and last but not least the best Reeds avocardo I've ever recieved.

There was a quality issue.
After a few emails the avo tree very generously sent me three boxes to replace the one. All good quality 🙂

Have had three deliveries of delicious Reed avocados but this subscription delivery wasn’t Reed’s!
No notification from the company, so I’m really disappointed and have cancelled my subscription.
Have tried to contact them by email before and they just don’t reply!

Just got an email saying if any fruit is not up to standard just send a photo and they'll credit you next order, that's pretty damn good A+++

The Avo Tree are an outstanding company to purchase from. I have two subscriptions ( one for myself and one for my mum), plus I also send to various friends throughtout NZ. So easy to order from and if there are any issues - the Avo Tree are very fast to sort out. Outstanding - if you want the most delicous avos come here.

I enjoyed the service just 1 thing I was concerned for next order is that the mixed sized box contained only small avocados. Hopefully that can be altered in the service otherwise Fantastic!!! Thank you.

I love the skincare range but it hasn’t been out for a while now. My skin LOVES it .

Tried the Reed avocados, disappointing, will not be buying them again. Was hard to tell when they were ripe and I ended up throwing out half of them that went brown quickly, even when stored in the fridge, some also started browning around the stalk area very early so had to cut that part off and just use the remaining. The ones that were a good ripeness, I didn't like the taste & texture as much as the Haas ones, so will stick with haas in future

Firstly, the guarantees that come with their product are second to none. Have been a customer for many years. Most of my orders have been absolutely perfect over that time but any time there has been an issue with fruit quality I’ve emailed them photos and have been refunded without delay. They had a blip last year (maybe Oct/Nov) with a new grower’s fruit so for the first time we received a couple of dud boxes with the fruit full of strings and brown bits - the team was so good: explained that they have a new system of coding which grower/orchard the fruit is from and they’re no longer using that particular orchard. Refunded without any issue. Every avo since then has been brilliant.
I have to comment on some of the reviews where I’d say it’s a bit hard to help some people! It’s very clear in the info provided that the avos will arrive unripened so why would you give a bad review saying you expected to be able to eat the fruit on opening? And the person who took the ripening guidelines as gospel and didn’t open their box for 9 days and found them all over-ripe - why would you do that? It totally depends on how hot or humid your room is, these are a fresh food product so keep an eye on them - they tend to ripen at different rates within the box, which is ideal!!
Love the concept, it’s so easy and you know the fruit has been picked very close to when it was packed and couriered.

Since I have been getting the Reed Avocados I have been super pleased with my experience. They are delicious and last well. Several of the hass avos were not so good and was not always happy. They seemed bruised and didn't last long even in the fridge.

Wow very impressed with these delicious Avocados. Arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

I have watched your company online for sometime and always hesitated to go the next step! Last week received my first order and they are simply delicious….now to see how long they last in a 1 person household.
