Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service - I ordered a device which arrived the next day but unfortunately would not turn on, it had arrived very well packaged and the fault seems to simply be a random thing.
I emailed to explain this and without any issue they replied very quickly to apologise and inform me a new one was on its way.
When it arrived, inside was a hand written note to apologise again and wish me the best - a simple gesture but so good, it really has made this company stand out in my estimations and I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone.
