I love that the website can search for bags by size. There aren't a great deal of photos from different angles but enough to get an idea. The bag was delivered quickly and wel packaged with excellent communication via email. Will def use again

My actual rating is ZERO stars!

Nearly 3 weeks later and still no rucksack! It has now been returned to the sender due to an incorrect address. They received it 3 days ago but have still not refunded me or updated me!

No response from phoning and no reply to emails.

So, they now have the rucksack and my money!

Awful customer service. Awful company. No response to reviews. Go somewhere else and pay a few pounds more. Well done to all those that had a positive experience.

After buying a sports brand backpack for daughter Starting secondary school, day 2 realised that it was not big enough for laptop, books, pack lunch etc! After a short google search the backpacker came up with this bag. Was delivered next day and had ample room for all her bits with some space left over. She is very pleased and so and I!

Ordering was straightforward; backpack was dispatched same day and arrived the next day. Lots of emails updating me on the status of the order and delivery. Excellent service. The backpack was also excellent—the Billabong Command 29L in black. Perfect for the final 2 years of secondary school for all those GCSE books. Lots of separate sections that are very roomy and overall size is perfect.
