I ordered one of Barsys' new coasters…

I ordered one of Barsys' new coasters for my brother for Christmas. I placed this order on November 29th and the company said it would ship by December 16th. It STILL has yet to arrive on February 1st. They have failed to provide a tracking number, despite numerous emails back and forth. They've also failed to call me to sort this out or provide any customer service number I can call. I rarely if ever write reviews like this, but I am so disappointed and just want my money back, so I can get my brother a very belated Christmas gift.
