I have ordered a silicone cover from…

I have ordered a silicone cover from thebasiccovers.in for ₹345, but received a completely different product that does not match what was shown on their website. I tried contacting them multiple times via care-basiccovers.in, but there has been no response at all. There is also no option for exchange or resolution. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend—please be cautious before ordering.

Terrible Quality & Zero Customer Support – Avoid This Website!

I ordered a phone case from Basic Covers, and I’m extremely disappointed. The product I received was the wrong one, and the quality was very cheap—nothing like what was shown on their website.
To make matters worse, there’s no way to contact them—no response to emails, and no option for returns or refunds. It feels like they just take your money and disappear.
Do not buy from Basic Covers! This website is completely unreliable and has terrible customer service. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.

⚠️ Fraud Alert

⚠️ Fraud Alert – thebasiccovers.in

I ordered a silicon cover from thebasiccovers.in for ₹345, but they sent me a completely different cover that does not match the one shown on their website.

When I checked, the same product is available on Meesho for only ₹160. This shows they are misleading customers with overpriced and wrong products.

I even tried emailing them at sahil basic cover
, but they never responded. They also display fake Trustpilot images on their website to mislead buyers.

👉 Please do not waste your money on this website. They are not genuine, and their customer support is non-existent.
