I have ordered a silicone cover from thebasiccovers.in for ₹345, but received a completely different product that does not match what was shown on their website. I ordered a phone case from Basic Covers, and I’m extremely disappointed. The product I received was the wrong one, and the quality was very cheap—nothing like what was shown on their website.
To make matters worse, there’s no way to contact them—no response to emails, and no option for returns or refunds. It feels like they just take your money and disappear.
