I love shopping at the actual Hudson's…

I love shopping at the actual Hudson's Bay stores and am sad to hear that a few of their locations are closing. The one in downtown Edmonton is one of them. So my rating is based mostly on my in store experiences. I cannot say the same about Hudson's Bay online ordering and customer service. It's absolutely terrible and extremely frustrating! In all honesty, I'm not sure why they have a call centre because they aren't able to help you with anything and it seems most of the reviews are based on the online ordering/customer service. Although, I have had store clerks place an order online for me for an out of stock item which was shipped to the store with no problems.

I hope Hudson's Bay can survive and stay in business; it has 350 years of history!

Hudson's Bag of ****

Website is atrocious. Slow AF and checkout doesn't work due to payment, call customer service and wait on hold for 45mins to an hour before giving up. Items that are in-stock and you're able to order are cancelled the next morning due to being out of stock.

Worthless.

update - now 3 pending charges on my card for orders that didnt go through. brilliant.

Cancelled order with no explanation

Cancelled order with no explanation. Customer service says its beyond their control to know why orders are cancelled. I shopped there previously online and had no issues, but once they cancelled and wasted my time will never shop there again. Not worth it.

Living in a remote area I rely on…

Living in a remote area I rely on online shopping for a lot of things. The bay is my go to for clothing. Great selection, easy returns, fast shipping and often some pretty good deals.

Wish they had better pictures for some of the clothing and the size charts are often generic and not specific to the items. It can make getting the correct sizing difficult. I wish they had better sizing information.

The best customer service ever

I went back to the Bay store to introduce to my wife to Laila and to invite her to our vows renewal. I couldn't find her.
she has been certainly promoted and has been better position she deserves all recognition for her great efforts and abilities.
Keep up the good work Laila

One of the worst customer service

One of the worst customer service. It has been over 2 months and I'm still waiting for a refund to be processed. Everytime the customer care apologies and then nothing is done
This company sucks. I would love to give a zero rating.

My orders have been cancelled without…

My orders have been cancelled without any proper explanation.. Customer service is in overseas.. and they have no clue how to resolve these issues.. Won't be shopping at Hudson Bay anymore.. Worst service ever.. Didn't have issues with other companies when I place online orders.. I wish I could give them zero..Order #1106438085 & #1106101120
