Ordered the hand sanitizers - they smell lovely and do what they say on the tin, not sticky etc.
Size of hand sanitizers is great, packaged lovely and arrived quickly!

Only slight negative is I don’t feel it’s very ‘sanitizer’ as In I don’t feel the clean it just feels like spraying perfume on hands?

Other than that great all round!

Never received my order, sent via Yodel. They said they had posted it through my door which they hadnt instead they left it in a hallway of a block of flats and now its gone missing. I live on the second floor so prob too lazy to walk upstairs. So now I am without my order and £20 down. I have emailed B Collection so let's see how they resolve this, Yodel don't want to know! Rubbish courier service!

I never normally leave reviews, but after buying the b collection lash serum I have to. I have never been so disappointed in a product that I have brought. I have tried a few lash serums, including UK lash, and no other lash serum has made my eyes sting like this one! I have tried using it a few times, using different ways of applying, trying to use just a little product to see if that helps - but every single time I end up running to the sink desperately trying to wash my eyes out.

For something that is branded natural, I cannot understand why this would happen? I won’t be trying it again.

As I said, I rarely leave reviews for anything however I feel the need to express my experience with this product.

My first order was lost by the courier Evri, having never been scanned into their system. I emailed the B collection about this but a week passed with no response which was disappointing.

They thankfully resent the whole order, again with evri, but when I received it the box looked like it had been broken then hastily repaired by the couriers. Two of my items didn’t arrive, which the company said they would refund.

Disappointing to see evri is the only courier option, when they are so badly reviewed nationally.

As for the products themselves, the hand sanitisers smelled very pleasant, though keep in mind they are quite strong. The lip scrub is fantastic but the body spray was too overpowering (free gift, not ordered) so I gave it away. Scent was “fairy dust”, it smells like strong, crushed up sweets, candy floss etc.

Really wanted to try the lip balms but these were the items that didn’t arrive.

I would buy from the B collection again if an alternative courier option was provided, as I really enjoy the hand sanitizer and lip scrub. While the customer service team did everything they could to fix the issues with the courier service, their responses were a bit slow.

I bought their tan water and used as stated and had a reaction to it. My eyes were sore for 3 days and my arms were sore to touch.
When I let them know of this they didn't really care. Didn't even offer a refund or a gift note etc. I liked their brand but this has put me off.
