A fabulous experience throughout- from the communication beforehand and a great delivery time. The guys that delivered the tub were helpful and professional and all questions answered. Tried it this weekend and the tub is a wonderful product. Heats up quickly and retains heat very well as well as being solid and high quality. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Great communication throughout, very helpful in the decision making process as to the options available. Delivery was on time and the boys were excellent in moving the tub into position. We are enjoying the tub which is of good quality.

Communication and service was superb throughout. Delivery quick and efficient. Tub is great value for money and performs really well. Very impressed with how well it retains temperature. One burn a day for about an hour keeps temp perfect for rest of day. You’ll need to invest in a few starter chemicals and a chlorine float from Amazon but that’s about it. Highly recommend.

Found an advert on Facebook marketplace, ordered a workbench and even though it was a longer wait than anticipated the quality is great, the service second to none. I was kept updated and they went above and beyond to get the workbench to me even when they had a problem with delivery. So much so it was delivered by a member of the team who drove 7.5hours to get it to me. I cannot rate the service highly enough. I would advise that if you are further away, expect 10-14 days for delivery. Otherwise, could not be happier.
