I used the free trial for one piece.
After I realised it was a subscription, I wrote them to cancel it.
They said I still have to pay the 40 Euro. For Nothing!!

CAN NOT CANCEL Subscription and money back
Good program, but they do not REFOUND payment, even you cancel your subscription,They claim that the money was not charget from my account, but a i have their invoice and confrimation of payment from my bank.They answer quick but many talk and no money back after 2 weeks of complains. I DID NOT ASK for Monthly Subscription

Overcharged
I needed to compress a video, and that's why I accepted the trial offer for 7 days (July 5, 2026) and yesterday (July 18) I received a $40 charge (more than 7 days of the initial subscriptionI canceled).
Tom from customer service told me (I have ss) that he would give me a refund because they realized about the mistake and then another guy (Jonathan) sent me a new email and told me that they will not give me anything.
They offered me free services for 2 years, a partial refund of 50% and finally the full refund... but seems like they are used to lie to their customers.
Be careful, this is a scam full of lies.
