Great range of products, efficient service. I would have like to have received 10 table centre pieces as per my order but only 9 were in stock. Shortly after I placed my order online I did receive a telephone call to advise only 9 table centre pieces were in stock. Perhaps there may have been an opportunity there to offer me another centre piece offered at the same price as the other centre pieces. However I was told a refund would be applied to my v/debit card which I was happy with. I received all nine centre pieces along with the rest of my order the next day. I will be using 'The Big Party' online shop again. Thank you !

I have ordered from this site for various parties and never had any issue with delivery or quality of the product. On some occasions I've found the products slightly dearer than shops but overall it's good value. I would have no hesitation recommending this site.

My son is crazy about ninja turtles and with a week to his party I was looking online for some party bits and came across this website. It had everything I could need and more. I ordered on the Sunday evening and by Tuesday lunchtime my order had arrived! Will def use this website again, thanks so much

An amazing site with loads of products to choose from and an incredible helpful team when a miscommunication occurred between my house mate and I and I thought I hadn't received my deliery the team at the big party were so incredibly helpful I will defo be buying from them again and will be encouraging everyone I know to use them !!!!

I was looking for something different to celebrate my sons first birthday party and any shop I went into was the same stuff so I google and found this website and then I found something different that i am delight with the party decorations thanks

Although I was very happy with the products that I ordered, there was 1 item i was very disappointed with. I order 4 packets of Code 990967 - Rock Star Latex Balloons for 2.75 euro per pack. This amounted to 6no. per pack and thus 24 balloons in all. Out of the 24 balloons 15 of them bust whilst blowing them up. They seemed to be thin in patches around the neck of the balloon and thus they would burst easily. In some cases they would even burst at the very start. Very bad quality. This equates to nearly 3 bags of balloons being completely useless. Everything else about the order was great but these balloons I was very disappointed in.
