I came across The Big Party webiste for the first time 3 weeks ago while searching for party bags/fillers for my sons' birthday party. I liked what they had to offer and decided to purchase. On clicking the 'pay' button i had realised i had forgotten 1 certain item. I rang immediately, explained my story and the gentleman couldnt have been more helpfull, and so courtious. My issue was sorted during the telephone conversation and i came away very very pleased with this company and glad I dealt with them.

I could not have had a more positive experience , having placed my before noon it was was delivered the next morning, some of the order was not available to my exact specification and i received lovely friendly phone call to enquire if an alternative would suffice .
