We created TheBigParty.ie in 2009. There was no website in Ireland stocking the complete range of party supplies and offering next day delivery. We knew that this was what party planners required to make planning a great party stress free. Since then our customer base has grown and the number of satisfied customers is numbered in the thousands. You placed your order late in the evening and one of our staff rang you the very next day to explain there was a shortfall on your order and offered substitute item and/or to order the missing bunting for you. You said that you needed items quick and asked for a full refund. We are sorry for your negative experience with our company and perhaps we get a chance in the future to improve this and impress you.

Lovely products and fast delivery
I order popcorn holders, party bags and scoops for my 10 year old's movie party and they were fantastic and arrived very promptly by post. Would definitely shop there again.

Exceptional customer service from the Sales Team
The games are a super alternative to a bouncy castle and can be re-used over and over. Ideal for all ages and great family fun. The quality of the games are superb, as most of them have individual bags which is convenient for storage and protection. I brought them to use at my daughters communion party and for our Brownie unit - so they will get plenty of use. They are reasonably priced and of good quality. Finally, we have been out in the garden every evening (in between the showers) since we got them!! Many thanks to The Big Party!

They are great quality and it does take some beating to get it opened. I know it's too late now as the party is over, but I am going to send you an email and I hope we will find some solution.

Fantastic service!
This is a fantastic service. The range and price of products available was great - catered for all of our needs in terms of decorations and party bag favours for our 3 year old's birthday party. Delivery time was excellent - which was essential in our case as I'd left it all to the last moment to organise. It is so convenient to have a "one stop shop" that does not cost the earth and delivers quickly.
