Amazing!!!
Booked a mystery holiday with lynne for my wives 40th birthday.
To start with I was a nervous wreck as I like to book and research my holidays down to the very last detail.
But there was absolutely no need to worry, lynne was simply amazingggggg! She booked and took care of everything down to the last tiny detail, from flights, accommodation, lounge!
She sent us hints of our destination every month which added to the excitement, in the end we ended up in malta, somewhere we've never been so it was brilliant. The hotel, location were brilliant, the weather was spectacular.
Lynne even provided us with information on the local area and various trips to take. went on a few and they were brilliant. She even recommended a restaurant to take my wive for her birthday which was simply amazing.
Do not hesitate to book through the big suprise and lynne as she is amazing, so much so that we've booked our next 3 holidays with her for 2025 and 2026. Highly recommended, the mystery holiday was awesome I would highly recommend it, and dnt worry, lynne will take care of every detail 😊🤌🏽

Our experience with Lynne was exceptional, despite the unfortunate cancellation of our holiday. Lynne was amazing. Kept us updated throughout the year with exciting clues, just to check in with me and was quick to reply to my email querys usually within 24 hours. I booked for me and my sister for a belated 30th birthday trip. We ended up in hammamet in tunisia for one week In May. It was a really amazing trip. Hotel was an outstanding 4* all inclusive right on the beach. We did 4 day trips, one including quad biking over the sahara dessert, unforgettable memories. Already taking about going back but this time for a chilled out week as the hotel hospitality was one of the best I've ever had at any hotel. Highly recommended booking with the big suprise company.

We were looking for a cruise to Australia / New Zealand, we normally use celebrity bit the itinerary choices we’re not what we wanted, saw the princess and reached out to Lynne to ask her thoughts on princess v celebrity she came back with great feedback, I then let her know what we were looking for and she came back later the same days with itinerary information various cabin options and with it being a B2B Cruise we wanted to stay in the same cabin to ensure we did not have to re-pack and change mid holiday. I was at a loss with what to do for my wife for Valentine’s Day this year and I am not very creative with these things to be honest.

I contacted The Big Surprise and requested a day trip. I figured I had nothing to lose as I couldn’t think of anything to plan and if it was bad, I’d be no worse off than I was already.

All I can say is wow! I expected something cheesy like a trip to the zoo or an animal encounter experience. The typical day trip type stuff. Instead, they sent us on vineyard tour with wine tasting and a three course lunch at Hanwell Wine Estate. We had a great day and would never have considered doing something like this for ourselves. Being a wine lover, my wife was thrilled.

Decided I needed a last minute emergency break in the sun to lift my spirits. Reached out to TBS to find me something because I didn't have time to find somewhere for myself. Very impressed. They were very quick to respond and delivered beyond what I'd ever expected. I had an all inclusive, luxurious week in the Dominican Republic. I only returned on Tuesday and I am still buzzing.

Overall a great experience. Good understanding of our needs and really gave us a great holiday!

I came across The Big Surprise on TikTok and decided to give them a go. I am suitably impressed! They are a new service provider, and I can see them really taking off!
From my first online request, to the constant feedback and endless options, right through to the delivery of the gift, their service has been impeccable.
This time, it was for a Valentine's Day gift, and with my anniversary rolling around in May, I'll definitely be using this service again. There are also a few birthdays in between!
