Disgraceful customer service - The Bike Rooms

Order sent from Cape Town South Africa for delivery at hotel in London where I was staying. Order not received and on telephonic follow up I was told the order was on hold as possible fraud! The money was taken from my account and received but nobody tried to contact me by phone or email to say the goods were not being delivered. I was given a refund but not surprisingly lost money on the exchange rate differential! An absolute disgrace that they never contacted me to confirm the order particularly as they had my contact telephone number and email address! I will never ever use them again and unsurprisingly are advising all friends to avoid them!!!

Excellent service

arrived very quickly and a superb price. I will be using this company again.
