DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Based on the comments below, it’s very likely that they’re scammers. At least I got my order, but they still ripped me off. I ordered two 6.8oz Tea Tree gels and paid for expedited shipping. My order showed up two weeks later with 5.1oz gels. They’re refusing refund me the difference. I have pictures and emails as evidence but it looks like I cannot post pictures on this site.

Paid for one day shipping for my order. Never got the order. Finally responded to my messages after 5 days. Said they were "investigating" the order like they had to sort through old paper files. Wouldn't refund. Going through my credit card company now to get my money back. Huge waste of time.

Total scam. Placed an order and didn’t hear anything for 10 days. Sent an email to follow up, no response; tried to call - phone number says your call cannot go through. Filed a dispute with a credit card company and emailed the phony person behind the phony “Blowdryer” company who responded that a refund was given, but it never was. When I called him out on that, he said “good luck.”

Scam, paid $100 said they sent package no tracking. They said they couldn’t process a refund since the order was fulfilled. File dispute with bank. This place hopes you won’t follow up and forget.

Do not trust this website- it is a scam site posing to be real, will send you a fake tracking # and say package was delivered and nothing comes- will then say it is out of our hands. I filed a report with my bank. Do not order !

So you think you’re getting a responsible legitimate company that is going to deliver your items, instead they take your money you get no updates, no confirmation that anything will be sent, and a week goes by still nothing, than when you write to them about this, they claim they have no idea what happened to your package and they will look into and no they don’t. They say give me a week to look into it? A week seriously? A legitimate company doesn’t need a week to look into it. What they need is to give people a refund and quit their scamming bull crap out of public domain or get their act together.

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not shop here!!! I spoke with Frank and he was very rude! My order was lost in transit and never delivered and they refused to refund me! I had to call my credit card to cancel the charge and have my attorney contact them! Do not shop here they will steal your money!!!

Terrible experience. It was written on the website that the delivery is within 3 business days. I've got the confirmation on my email but no shipping information for at least 3 days.
I contacted the support and it promised to ship it at the weekend. Then on Monday it hasn't been shipped yet.
Then they sent the shipping confirmation with a tracking number but the package was not delivered to USPS. So, I was waiting 1 more day to see that the shipping actually didn't move on.
If I knew it I'd cancel the order on Monday, and reorder on another website.
Right now - no precise delivery day still.

Awful!! Scam! Paid for 3 day delivery. order was not sent, spoke to owner who promised order would be here today and Apologized for mix up, just received notification it was still waiting for label to be processed.

Took money out of my account immediately but still waiting for product.

Scam! Awful! DO NOT USE!

My go to store for all things hair. They have my hair color and my fav brands all in one location. Love love love this site.
