I paid $17 for their questionnaire on the recommendation of a therapist. I did not receive a questionnaire. I sent an email to the provided address, still no questionnaire, but I got an automated reply saying that the questionnaire is on its way, but three hours later still nothing. This company is a scam.
There was a lot of trouble with getting the link to the in-depth quiz and we didn't receive the personal report that was promised. What I did receive, however, were the marketing messages in my mail box. It took several queries and several days before the issues were resolved. Customer Support is not error free, but doing its best. A little review will work wonders.
